If you have received the product in bad condition at the time of delivery, please refuse to take the delivery, and pls contact us on 8128446686 only between 11am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. We will give you a confirmation after a while and we will ensure you will get the 100% genuine product and good product in exchange.

 In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled using our website.

Return Policy

Make sure you have made the delivery package unboxing video and not that courier should appear very clear.

Return request should be raised within 2 days after the time of delivery.

While generating the return request, make sure you had followed our guidelines carefully. Our return request guidelines are mentioned below so please read it.

If you got the Product, please take a proper and clearly appearing picture of the product Package label which stick with your package of your product.

Please take the photo of damaged area or any product issue and take another single photo too to verify so, we can easily resolve your query without any hesitation.

Please describe your problem very clearly and to the point so we can get to the solution of your issue.

Eligible returns: to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also note that the picture or any video you had uploaded to our return request page of your courier or product, we will only verify the first-place attempt for uploading the files.

Non-Eligible returns: no clear picture shown of delivered courier, no unboxing video of courier, no product label photo and no proper reason or problem given by the customer.

Return Request period: our return policy lasts 2 days from the date of delivery of product. If more than 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you replace or exchange.

When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of lost shipment or any other reason, we will need the proof of return by the customer.

In case if we do not have pickup service at your location, you have to self-ship the product to our office address.

In Case If you do not like the product & and you are raising a return request for the product, so as per our policy we will not initiate the return request and we will not forward it for return concern.
